Francis Ng arrested for alleged assault: "Trying best to protect my family"

First day in the year 2010, Francis Ng has already gotten himself involved with lawsuits. On the night of New Year’s Day, Francis was at a bakery in Fuk Lo Tsun Road, Kowloon City, where he had a conflict with another person in the store. He was later suspected of alleged assault and was arrested. After getting bailed out, he is to return to the police station at the end of this month for further investigation. Yesterday Francis said that he was not very clear of what happened to describe the incident, he is just trying this best to protect his family. After preliminary inquiries at the Kowloon Police Station, Francis was released from the station at 1:40am, leaving in a friend’s car. He was surrounded by the Media taking pictures and asking questions, Francis remained relaxed. It was reported that Francis’s wife Fiona Wong was attacked by a male in the store. She was sent to the hospital for treatment last night and was later accompanied by Francis’s manager in discharging from the hospital.
